License Agreement

This License Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into between you (the “User”) and Affinity Wellness Education LLC, owned by Mark Olson and operating under the brand “Dr. Olson,” through the website dr-olson.com (the “Site”). By purchasing, accessing, or using any digital course materials from Affinity Wellness Education LLC, you agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement.

1. Grant of License

  • Upon purchase or access, Affinity Wellness Education LLC grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and view the digital course content for personal, non-commercial use.

  • You are permitted to download and/or print materials where explicitly authorized but only for your personal educational use.

2. Prohibited Uses

  • You may not distribute, modify, reproduce, publish, license, sublicense, rent, or lease any of the digital course materials in any form.

  • You are not permitted to share your login credentials with others, nor may you allow others to access or view the course content under your account.

  • Any attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the digital course materials or related services is strictly prohibited.

3. Ownership of Intellectual Property

  • All digital course materials, including but not limited to videos, documents, slide presentations, text, images, and logos, are the intellectual property of Affinity Wellness Education LLC and are protected under copyright and intellectual property laws.

  • No ownership rights are transferred to you by this Agreement. All rights not explicitly granted under this Agreement remain with Affinity Wellness Education LLC.

4. Termination of License

  • Affinity Wellness Education LLC reserves the right to terminate this license at any time if you breach any of the terms. Upon termination, you must immediately cease all use of the digital course materials and destroy any downloaded or printed copies.

5. No Commercial Use

  • You agree that the digital course materials are for your own personal learning and are not to be used for any commercial purpose. You may not reproduce, sell, or otherwise exploit the materials for any business, profit, or commercial use without the express written consent of Affinity Wellness Education LLC.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

  • The course materials are provided "as is" and Affinity Wellness Education LLC makes no guarantees or warranties, express or implied, regarding the materials' accuracy, completeness, or fitness for a particular purpose.

7. Limitation of Liability

  • In no event shall Affinity Wellness Education LLC or its owner, Mark Olson, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the digital course materials, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

8. Governing Law

  • This Agreement is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
